Provide evidence of extensive distribution and sales via international retailers, outlets, or online platforms (just for fashion & design).
Provide evidence of public appearance (e.g., catwalk shows, presentations, exhibitions) recognised internationally.
Criteria to Film & Television:
To prove eligibility, meeting at least 1 criteria is required:
Win one of the awards: Academy Award, BAFTA, Golden Globe, Emmy (main awards).
To win or be nominated for at least one of the main awards in the last 10 years.
To have at least 2 nominations for main awards in the last 15 years.
Combination of awards from PACT list and international sales and media recognition.
Exceptional Promise
UK Settlement in 5 years
Applicant must be recognised as having the potential to become a leading talent in the arts and culture sector in the past 5 years.
To prove eligibility, meeting at least 2 criteria is required:
Criteria to Combined Arts & Architecture:
Evidence from at least 1 country and at least 2 examples of media recognition.
Be nominated or win at least 1 international award.
Provide evidence from at least 1 country of performance/ appearance/ exhibition being internationally significant.
Criteria to Fashion & Design:
Provide evidence from at least 1 country and at least 2 examples of individual work in media recognition (specific to fashion & design).
Obtain support or sponsorship from: British Fashion Council, Sarabande Foundation, Centre of Fashion Enterprise, Fashion East Support, International counterpart of British Fashion Council.
Provide evidence of an order placed from a luxury retailer.
Received recognition from leading industry players.

Exceptional Promise is not available if you work in these areas.

The applicant must be recognised as having potential or already be acknowledged as a leading talent in the arts & culture sector within the last 5 years. To prove eligibility, meeting at least 2 criteria is required:
International awards:
Show how you have contributed to the advancement of the arts beyond your regular professional duties. This could include winning or being nominated for international awards, playing a role in initiatives with a meaningful impact on the artistic community.
Media recognition:
To qualify, you need to show a significant artistic, cultural, or entrepreneurial impact within the arts & culture field. Show your outstanding talent through contributions to art & culture.
Public appearance:
Provide evidence of any groundbreaking artistic projects, performances, or cultural initiatives where you were a key figure. This includes both ongoing and completed projects, exhibitions, performances, or festivals.
Endorsement Letter
After evaluation of the Personal profile and Professional Journey of the applicant by Endorsing Body, decision will be made and sent as Endorsement Letter in case of Approval
Step 2. UK Artist Visa Application
After you receive your endorsement letter, we are preparing the documents for the visa submission. Upon submission, you will receive a decision from Home Office within 4 weeks.

Obtaining UK Permanent Residency in 3 or 5 Years
To get an ILR (indefinite leave to remain), you will need to demonstrate continuous residence in the UK – you must not be absent from the UK for more than 180 days (6 months) per year.
Applicants must also provide evidence that they are still actively working in the arts or cultural sector.
If you apply for the Arts & Culture talent visa under the exceptional talent category, you will be eligible to apply for Permanent Residence in the UK after 3 years of holding the visa.
If you apply for the Arts & Culture talent visa under the exceptional promise category, you will be eligible to apply for Permanent Residence in the UK after 5 years of holding the visa.
Obtaining British Citizenship in 5 or 6 Years
Apply for UK citizenship one year after obtaining ILR on Innovator Founder visa if all requirements are met. You must be able to prove to the Home Office that you have not been absent from the UK for more than 450 days in the 5-year period prior to submitting your British citizenship application and 90 days in the last year.
If you Apply for Global Talent Visa - you’ll get British Citizenship after 5 years.
If you Apply for Global Promise Visa - you’ll get British Citizenship after 6 years.
