Step 1. Approval from Endorsing Body
About Endorsing Body
UK Endorsing Body is the government agency responsible for overseeing lawful immigration to the United States.
What do they do?
Endorsing Body responsible for processing immigration applications, including visas, green cards, naturalisation, and work permits. They evaluate applicants, conduct background checks, and ensure that immigration laws are followed.

What do they want to see?
Applicant must be recognised for national or international achievements or demonstrate extraordinary ability. To prove eligibility, meeting at least 3 criteria is required:
Contribution:
You must demonstrate original contributions of major significance to your field. This entails inventing or developing something that has substantially impacted your discipline, influencing how others work, think, or innovate within your area of expertise.
High Remuneration:
You must demonstrate that you have commanded a high salary or other forms of significant compensation. To determine eligibility, compare your remuneration against national data (for the US: FLC Data Center). Your salary should fall within the top 5% of reported earnings for your role and location.
Recognition:
Prove your contribution to the advancement of the sector beyond your regular job responsibilities. This involves engaging in activities or achievements that have had a notable impact on the field.
Critical employment:
You must have held a position in a critical or essential capacity within organisations or establishments of distinguished reputation.
Endorsement Letter
After evaluation of the Personal profile and Professional Journey of the applicant by Endorsing Body, decision will be made and sent as Endorsement Letter in case of Approval
Step 2. Visa Application
After you receive your endorsement letter, we are preparing the documents for the visa submission. Upon submission, you will receive a decision from Home Office within 4 weeks.

Get USA Permanent Residency and USA Passport
Obtaining UK Permanent Residency in 3 or 5 Years
To get an ILR (indefinite leave to remain) you will have to prove continuous residence in the UK – you must not leave the UK for more than 180 days (6 months) per year.
Applicants are also required to provide evidence that they're still working in the Digital Technology Sector.
If you Apply for Global Talent Visa - you’ll get PR after 3 years.
If you Apply for Global Promise Visa - you’ll get PR after 5 years.
Obtaining British Citizenship in 5 or 6 Years
Apply for UK citizenship one year after obtaining ILR on Innovator Founder visa if all requirements are met. You must be able to prove to the Home Office that you have not been absent from the UK for more than 450 days in the 5-year period prior to submitting your British citizenship application and 90 days in the last year.
If you Apply for Global Talent Visa - you’ll get British Citizenship after 5 years.
If you Apply for Global Promise Visa - you’ll get British Citizenship after 6 years.
