Obtaining UK Permanent Residency in 3 or 5 Years
To get an ILR (indefinite leave to remain) you will have to prove continuous residence in the UK - you must not leave the UK for more than 180 days (6 months) per year.
Applicants are also required to provide evidence that their business venture is successful.
Obtaining British Citizenship in 5 Years
Apply for UK citizenship one year after obtaining ILR on Innovator Founder visa if all requirements are met. You must be able to prove to the Home Office that you have not been absent from the UK for more than 450 days in the 5-year period prior to submitting your British citizenship application and 90 days in the last year.
